PAGEANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering and participating in our pageants, all entrants (and parents/guardians where applicable) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY

• All information provided must be true and accurate.

• The organiser reserves the right to accept or decline any entry.

• Entrants must meet the age requirements for their category.

2. PAYMENTS & SPONSORSHIP FEES

• All entry fees and/or sponsorship fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline.

• If a finalist withdraws or drops out for any reason, the full sponsorship fee remains payable.

• Failure to complete payment may result in disqualification.

3. LEGAL & COLLECTION COSTS

• The entrant (or parent/guardian) agrees to be liable for all legal and collection costs incurred in recovering any outstanding amounts, including attorney fees on an attorney-and-client scale.

4. WITHDRAWALS & DISQUALIFICATION

• The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with rules.

• No refunds will be issued in the event of withdrawal or disqualification.

5. JUDGING & RESULTS

• All judging decisions are final and not subject to dispute or appeal.

• Scores, placements, and results will not be publicly disclosed unless determined by the organiser.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

• By entering, participants grant permission for the organiser to use photos, videos, and media content for:

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

  • Social media and website content

  • Future advertising and branding

• No compensation will be payable for the use of such media.

7. LIABILITY

• The organiser, venue, and affiliates will not be held responsible for:

  • Any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings

  • Any accidents or incidents occurring before, during, or after the event

• Participation is entirely at the entrant’s own risk.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Entrants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

• The organiser will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. EVENT CHANGES

• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to:

  • Event dates, venues, schedules, or format if necessary

• Participants will be notified of any changes.

10. CONDUCT

• All entrants, parents, and supporters are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour at all times.

• Any negative, harmful, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification.

11. AGREEMENT

• By entering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
